He has also had bylines on Burum Collective, Pellicle and jancisrobinson.com amongst others. His debut book, 'Perry: A Drinker's Guide' is set for publication in May 2024. A holder of the WSET Diploma, a souvenir of his years working in wine, Adam currently works in the spirits industry and is a great believer that cross-category interest is to the benefit of the curious cider or perry drinker.
